Job Requirements
- BE (Civil) or degree in civil engineering.
- Experiences 7 years and above in related fields.
- Sub contractor နှင့် labour များအား ကောင်းမွန်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Drawing ကောင်းစွာဖတ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းပြောင်းလဲမှုအတွက်Plan Drawing တောင်းခံခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်းရှိ အသေးအဖွဲ အခက်အခဲများ၊ပြဿနာများကိုဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို ဖျတ်လက်တက်ကြွစွာထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- material order များတောင်းခံခြင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- ရုံးချုပ်သို့ daily progress, monthly activities report ,photo record များပို့ပေးရမည်။
- Siteအတွင်းလိုအပ်ချက်များကို ညွှန်ကြားဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
- PM, PE တို့၏ နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာလမ်းညွှန်မှုများကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- Auto CAD , Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသူံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Bar Bending Schedule ရေးဆွဲခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Project မစခင် Budget တောင်းခံခြင်း ၊Working Scheduleရေးဆွဲခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
