Job Description
• Manage and oversee the tax submission process with the Internal Revenue Department (IRD) including the preparation and filing of tax-related documentation.
• Prepare documentation for the tax assessment and e-filing processes.
• Review and check Form 31, ensuring timely follow-up from each Business Unit on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Provide necessary documents and schedules to the auditor for tax-related audits.
• Handle and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax computations and returns.
• Prepare monthly advance tax payments for commercial tax, income tax and capital gain tax, among others.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or LCCI Level 3.
• Over 3 years of experience in the tax accounting field.
• In-depth understanding of tax submission processes with IRD as well as accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Proficient in preparing tax-related documentation and managing e-filing processes.
• Meticulous in reviewing, checking and following up on tax forms and submissions.
• Capable of supporting audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
• Experienced in handling various tax computations and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to function well in team – oriented environment
Working Hours : 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays  : Sunday & Public Holidays
