Job Requirements
- B.E (Electronics) (or) B.E (Electrical Power)
- Fresh graduated (or) Prefer candidates who have experience in related field
- Age under 30 years old
- Must have Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English Language
- Prefer who have knowledge for AutoCAD
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
Job Description
- Servicing, Repairing & Installation for company’s products.
- Provide engineering solutions for problems related to equipment reliability
- Handle urgent request from customers and company
- Handle documentation as per department regulation
- Report to Service Manager
- Establishing new customers relationship and maintain existing customers relationship
- Persuading customer that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preparing support material for the service team
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with all departments
- Any other related duty, as required
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
