Job Requirements

  • Graduated with M.E, B.E, B.Tech, and AGTI majoring in Mechanical, Mechatronic, and Electrical.
  • Minimum 10-year experience in construction machinery management field.
  • Knowledge in construction & Heavy machinery.
  • Must have driving license and driving skill.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge & experience of products, supplier, warranty terms & condition, and able to train subordinates.
  • Able to work beyond working hour and any places of Myanmar
  • Excellent computer, internet, Email & Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent Office Administration skill, technical reporting & feedback information skills.
  • Excellent Management Skill related to Operation, Manpower and Asset Control.
  • Excellent Communication & negotiation skills, Interpersonal skills and logical thinking
  • Intermediate English 4 Skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and achieve goal in time.

Job Description

  • Supervising Service Operation of all branch office by following Standard Operation Procedure.
  • Managing to develop service productivity and income.
  • Managing for development of Service Quality to improve customer’s satisfaction.
  • Manage daily activities of all Service Branch Office.
  • Annual budget management and process to achieve Sales target.
  • Spare part inventory management for Service Operation.
  • Managing for development of service & technical skill and soft skill by cooperating with Service Support Manager (SSM).
  • Financial Management
  • To review and comment to customer information, customer complaint, market survey data and Q&A of customer, then Report to PSSM by cooperating with SSM
  • Survey Service & Part Information of other competitor, to compete market demand.
  • Respond complaint and feedback of customers, then report to PSSM for further development of further SOP, by cooperating with SSM
  • Coordinate with Managers of other Department for smooth operation flow.
  • To assist PSSM (or) PSD Management Team whenever necessary.


Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
