Job Description:
- Report to Team Leader & HOD.
- Mainly servicing onsite such as factories, companies, hotels, etc.
- Demonstrating the products and training the clients as needed.
- Build sound communication with the customers technically as well as logically.
- Handle customer relations or complaints properly in any situation.
- Fulfilling the department’s needs which are assigned by HOD.
Job Requirement:
- AGTI / B.Tech (EP/EC).
- 1~3 years of service experience and knowledge that goes to service the customers onsite such as factories, customer companies, and hotels.
- Being able to communicate a bit or fair in English is an advantage.
- Able to work with motorcycles.
- Good self-management skills, interpersonal skills, customer relations skills, and time management skills are highly demanded.
- Able to work with various types of customers and their working environment.
- Mandalay resident is preferable.
