Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree, preferred Bachelor or Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management.
- Minimum 3 work experience in Automotive sales field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English is required.
- Driving License
Job Description
- Managing a sales team and sales targets.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Creating estimated sales forecasts, both short and long-term.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense
controls. - Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of automotive sales people.
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to
improve sales performance. - Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters.
- Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required.
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff.
- Develop and manage to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales.
- Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
- Compile regular reports for dealership management to review.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays
