Job Responsibilities

Daily monitor & control the (Progress, Quality & Manpower) onsite base on required construction program.
Check & study for MOS.
Timely report working schedule.
Review & follow up with Contractor for required (Submission RFA, RFI & site IR)
Record, Report & Follow up with Manager
Liaise with the Internal & External Construction Team.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in (BE. Civil)
At least 2 years in Construction Industry as Supervisor levels.
Know & able to work under safe work procedure.
Prefer (Architectural work)
Must be healthy, Flexible & Adaptable in any environment.
Know how to deal & control the contractor’s onsite the comply with the design requirements.
Able to control the Quality of Material, Workmanship onsite follow up by the contract requirement and specification.
Able to use Auto CAD in 2D/3D.
MS Office is able to use for Recording & Reporting.
Coordination skill is a must.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
