Job Requirements
• Odoo certification as a Functional Consultant or equivalent.
• At least 3years experience in related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions for diverse industries.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into effective Odoo configurations.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
• Experience in data migration from legacy systems or other ERP solutions to Odoo.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with Odoo’s latest features and advancements.
Job Description
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects of Odoo ERP systems, including requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate their requirements into effective Odoo configurations.
• Customize and extend Odoo modules to meet clients’ specific needs and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and reliability of the Odoo ERP system.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and recommending system enhancements.
• Analyze clients’ business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose effective solutions using Odoo ERP features.
• Keep abreast of the latest Odoo releases, features, and industry best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
Working Hour: 9:00 AM To 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
