Skill Requirements for System Engineer Position:

Knowledge of Java Foundation and Java Web Application Development or .Net or PHP or C#
Strong interest in system development, and ability to difficult problems solving
Willing to take challenges, and work with the team actively
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
No Experience or 2 years of experience in the System Development field
Able to work in 2 years contract.
Must have Japanese Language Level N4 and above
Prefer having Project Experience in Spring or Struts, jQuery, HTML/CSS, SQL
Good communication skills in English
Salary is 400,000 – 700,000 MMK (Depending on experience)

Job Description

Report to the customer and leader about project progress and quality
Do team progress control, manage time effectively based on schedule, and take action if a delay occurs
Do quality control based on target plan and take action if the quality problem occurs
To understand all members skill set and support each other effectively
To understand external design documents, prepare internal design documents and execute coding
To understand the specification and make ED/ID/MUT and do other’s Review the ED/ID/MUT
To review the IT/ST/RT (viewpoint, test case, test results, etc.)
Write and other’s review the bugs/errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team
Create self-review, internal-review viewpoint and checklists and explain to all team members
