Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in, VMware, MS Windows infrastructure management, and cloud operations
- Excellent Windows Server Administration ability – Microsoft Certified
- Possess ITIL v3 Foundation Certification, Microsoft, VMWare VCP Certification, or Training
- Knowledge and Experience in VDI/BCP/DR
- In-depth knowledge of cloud operations and virtual technologies
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and experienced and skilled in Windows scripting
- Can work under pressure
- Able to work extended hours and perform standby duty after office hours when required
Job Descriptions
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems and networks
- Configure and maintain servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and networking equipment.
- Monitor systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation
- Work with the IT team to plan and execute projects and initiatives
- Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, project SOW, project schedule, and project specifications,
- such as materials needed and crew requirements.
- Provide technical support in all necessary sales activities and develop infrastructure solutions to match customers’ requirements.
- Assist with the training and support of users on new infrastructure, Virtualization, systems, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
