Job Requirements

• A degree in a related field or Diploma in HRM/HRD
• Minimum of 2 years experiences in a related field
• Strong interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
• Organizing & Coordinating Skills.
• Ability to determine training objectives.
• Teaching & facilitation skills.
• Ability to design, develop, implement & evaluate training plans, curricula & methodology,
• Skill in preparing instructional aids, training plan and presentations.
• Excellent planning & time management
• Other Qualifications
• Exposure in supporting and execution of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft offices
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques,
• Proven ability to master & execute the full training cycle.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Design, facilitation & managing various training event in a corporate setting.
• Ability to use ERP system.

Job Descriptions

• Ensuring a safe working environment to comply with all aspects of operational safety and procedures.
• Adhering with department Quality Management System (QMS).
• Adhering to the company policies and procedures properly
• Preparing data for the monthly report.
• Supporting departmental daily operation task.
• Performing the departmental daily operation and job assign tasks effectively.
• Ensuring the document and filing systems are in good order.
• Collaborating with others to complete daily tasks and providing the support to the team.
• Reporting to Talent Acquisition & Development Manager (Human Resource Development).
• Organizing the training sessions specific to various roles in the company, this includes
• training of new employees, guests, and visitors
• Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses and assisting in translation of requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
• Assisting in selecting or developing training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
• Assisting in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, communities, and/or university departments.
• Assisting to assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of qualified skills and techniques into employees work behavior
• Staying abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
• Ensuring that new staff members receive appropriate introductory training (NEO and On- Boarding).
• Coordinating or performing administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs to all new hires.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday half, Sunday & Public holidays
