Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in information Systems, information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
1+years of proven experience in writing technical documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skits
Excellent writing and grammatical skills.
Excellent organizational sale and attention to detail.
Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text.
Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently.
Ability to edit and proofread work of colleagues.
Understand and explain complex technical concepts
Strong research and analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Proficient with MS office applications

Job Descriptions

Writes and ads technical documents including data models and business process models
Writes and edits procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals
Create software documentation offer a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and developers
Determines the Type of publication that will best serve the project requirements
Meets with engineers, programmers, and project managers to team about specific requirements or processes.
Researches and analyses detail system flow.
Assess the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended tone and technical terms used to meet these needs and to ensure understanding
Create system Row diagrams, activity and event diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding product or process.
Write monthly project progress and reports

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
