• Degree holder and diploma @ certificate of marketing is preferred.
• 3 years experience in a related field.
• English fluent.

Job Descriptions

• Implement measures for customers to recognize products at the store in the best way, planning strategies to support the sales department.
• Building, implementing, and managing sales programs, displaying images and marketing items at the point of sale.
• Supervising, checking, and reporting on the construction of pictures and furniture at the point of sale.
• Implement long-term and short-term trade support programs to stimulate Sell-in and Sell-out, especially in seasons.
• Set up ideas, build and manage product display programs, and point-of-sale marketing items (POSM) to maximize the efficiency of using the company’s assets and supplies.
• In charge of displaying goods according to the prescribed standards of the brand and the uniformity in the industry, Trade MKT items: Decor/decoration, Identity tarpaulin, advertising images/signs, inside, outside … showroom systems, point of sale.
• In charge and management of brand identity images at showrooms and points of sale (decorating visual identity from inside to outside each point of sale, product display, price control, POSM identifiers…)
• Guide to display and check POSMs at the point of sale for sales consultants.
• Manage & allocate Décor Marketing/MKT budget monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Planning, supervision, acceptance of stores, and construction quality of contractors to ensure progress and requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, NCC, and customers in deploying advertising positions, and images of billboards.
• Manage the contractor in charge, balance the spending budget for interior items, and sign construction.
• Combine the sale department to plan the development and support of point-of-sale visual identity content.
• Coordinate with the Sales depart and ensure the image of shelves, showroom signs, agents, and large plates of each province.
• Planning, designing, and implementing long-term and short-term commercial support programs (Sell-in; Roadshow; Demo; Activation…) to increase sales effectiveness according to the company’s orientation.
• Supervising and supporting events together with ASM in organizing/deploying events, roadshows, Events, distributing leaflets, etc. Animated programs, sales promotion at showrooms, and points of sale. Implement weekly, monthly and yearly promotions.
• Report on implementation progress and implementation results of industry campaigns/programs.
• Organize, arrange and manage the assigned work in the channel according to the job requirements.
• Propose plans and measures to solve arising problems within the scope of management or permission.
• Be fully equipped with resources (human, financial and other means) necessary to ensure the organization’s activities within the assigned scope.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors and the Company.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM To 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
