Job Description
- Check daily orders and truck plan
- Communicate with customers and share the truck plan
- Arrange to dispatch the truck on-time
- Monitor the delivery status until the finish
- If any issue, report immediately to the project PIC or Manager
- Update daily delivery report and billing report
- Work on the customer side, if required
- Collect the POD from your own truck and vendor truck
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
Job Requirements
- Good command of English in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Must be between the ages of 25 – 35
- Must be a graduate
- Good command of Microsoft office (word, excel,)
- Good communication skills with customers and team
- Able to work under pressure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport or distribution
- Able to work at the customer’s side or warehouse
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
