Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Information technology or any graduate with IT diploma or relative.
- Above 2 years’ experience in IT related field with hands-on troubleshooting practice.
- Good problem-solving skills are required.
- Willing to learn new experience and work in a team environment.
- Must be able to serve in any region if necessary.
- English (Intermediate level).
Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, CCTV, printers and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, CCTV, software with weekly schedule, monthly
Schedule - Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Set up accounts, preparing IT equipment, necessary information for new employee
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Keep IT document carefully
- Test new technology
- Train possibly more junior staff members
- Troubleshoot the system and network problems
- Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Record tickets reported from clients and report to the related IT Engineer
- Report clearly to their supervisors the status of assigned tasks
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken,
or installation activities. - Take responsibility for second level support under the infrastructure section
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate) and Sunday, Public Holidays.
