Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree.
5-year experience in furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out projects;
Working knowledge in furniture raw materials, fabrication/construction materials, and hand tools;
IT literate in MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High attention to detail and ability to execute policies & standard procedures;
Honest with great patience in counting items, and be able to work in a factory environment;
Ability to operate forklift, lift heavy objects, and good physical strength.

Job Description

Ensure the delivered works meet standards of quality;
Manage projects delivery within the established SOW, schedule, and cost;
Responsible for projects management and execution for successful projects completion;
Ensure HSE measures are strictly followed at the site;
Represent in all project meetings and timely reporting per projects’ requirements;
Verify the technical aspect of quotes received from suppliers/sub-contractors;
Coordinate works among clients, site, internal departments, sub-contractors & suppliers;
Manage on-site store and control of materials quality & delivery;
Plan and organize resources in advance for the daily on-site operations;
Observe the skills, attitude, attendance, etc. of the workforce for performance appraisal;
Other tasks per respective projects’ requirements.

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5:00P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holiday
Benefit : Ferry will be provided
