Job Requirements

  • Any university graduates.
  • 3 years and above experience in related field.
  • Fluent in using computer.
  • Good at managing a team.

Job Descriptions

  • Be responsible for smooth warehouse operations.
  • Plan and manage warehouse daily activities .
  • Assign manpower for daily activities.
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff.
  • Supervise commodity loading, unloading & other warehouse related operations.
  • Prepare and update warehouse Inventory report (weekly/monthly).
  • Able to handle and maintain material handling equipment (MHE) in warehouse.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety
    regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Monitor and control leave, attendance, job assignment & operational expenses.
  • Train warehouse staff for Warehouse handling processes & SOPs and for awareness of HSSE.
  • Solve customer’s complaints and staff’s daily issues.
  • Handle other ad-hoc job assignment made by management as and when needed.

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
