  • Any graduated
  • Certify in Supply Chain & Logistic
  • Well knowledge about warehousing.
  • 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Essentially able to communicate with English.
  • Proficiently use computer. (Advance Excel)
  • Communication skills, Teamwork, Time Management
  • Able to work under pressure

Job Description

  • Manage raw materials loading and unloading.
  • Receive the raw material and FG (Finished Goods).
  • Transfer the raw material and FG.
  • Analyze Quality Control
  • Assist the QC Team to check the quality of incoming raw materials.
  • Data entry, recording and Reporting.
  • Entry the Raw materials and FG data in Microsoft and Odoo.
  • Daily report, weekly report, and monthly report
  • Preparing budgets and forecasting.
  • Labor and payment arrangements
  • Find and hire the daily labor with HR Team.
  • Arrange the Daily wages.
  • Warehouse storage management
  • Warehouse safety and security service
  • Arrange the storage plan for the raw materials.
  • Re-Packing the raw materials.
  • Miscellaneous
  • Weight scale.
  • Third party relationships.
  • Reject Sale process.
  • Cash receive.
  • Arrange the transportation for transfer the raw material.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Lunch & Ferry will be provided
