Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a focus on early childhood development preferred.
• Must have ECCD certificate.
• Support the implementation of the school’s adopted curriculum (e.g., Pearson Edexcel, British, Cambridge).
• Assist teachers in lesson planning, scope and sequence alignment, and adapting content to student needs.
• Ensure curriculum delivery is in line with international standards.
• Observe classroom lessons and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Conduct workshops, demo lessons, and collaborative planning sessions.
• Guide local and international teachers in instructional strategies, classroom management, and assessment techniques.
• Provide language training to all teachers.
• Monitor student progress and learning outcomes through data analysis and assessments.
• Support teachers in designing and implementing both formative and summative assessments.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable steps.
• Follow up on teaching quality, lesson execution, and student engagement.
• Ensure that schemes of work, unit plans, and lesson plans are up-to-date and aligned.
• Recommend teaching and learning resources suitable for international contexts.
• Work closely with the Administration Staff and subject coordinators.
• Participate in academic meetings and planning sessions.
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and leadership regarding academic standards and goals.
• Collaborate with the administration team to assign duties for new incoming classes.
• Participate in the school’s marketing process from an academic perspective and provide necessary academic guidance to the office team
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of qualified teaching staff.
• Participate in interviews and demo class evaluations.
• Evaluate teacher placement and class allocation based on subject expertise and student needs.
• Support induction and orientation programs for new teachers to ensure a smooth transition into the school environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills by fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and academic excellence among teaching staff.
• Promote a peaceful and positive working environment by modeling respectful communication, encouraging teamwork, and supporting staff well-being.
• Manage staff-related conflicts and address complaints through fair, transparent, and solution-oriented processes in alignment with the school’s code of conduct.
• Submit regular reports to the principal regarding academic challenges, staff performance, and classroom concerns, along with evidence-based recommendations for resolution and improvement.
• Ensure all teaching staff adhere to the school’s disciplinary policies, rules, and regulations by maintaining clear expectations and consistent accountability measures.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
