Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, preferred relevant degree B. Com, CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • Must have 7-8 experience as Account Executive and working experience in any pharmaceuticals company will be added advantage.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and more preferred for Tally software.
  • Able to communicate in English fluently.
  • Knowledge of PIT & SSB office work are must.
  • Ages shouldn’t be more than 33 years.
  • Understanding knowledge of budget and expenses
  • Having good computer literacy skills (word, power point, excel)
  • Good interpersonal skill and self-motivated person
  • Willingness to travel as needed job requirements

Job Description

  • Monthly expenses statement preparation
  • Handing of cash and Bank transaction with daily basis
  • Data entry every transition to book, excel sheet and software
  • Handling cash and banking processing
  • Checking Expenses Voucher and filing
  • Preparing deposit in timeline for monthly payable SSB and quarterly PIT
  • Good Communication with supplier and ensure that any single payment is under process & approval
  • Reporting to HO for monthly budget plan and actual expenses
  • Must co-operate with External auditor

 

Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday : Saturday(Alternate),Sunday and public holiday
