Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, a suitable degree such as a B.Com, ACCA, CPA, LCCI-III or an any equivalent qualification is preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 Years of accounting experience in any Pharmaceuticals Industry will be preferred
  • Proficiency with accounting software and more preferred Tally software
  • Office work with PIT and SSB must be understood
  • Understanding knowledge of budget and expenses
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated person and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Able to communicate in and understand English well
  • Having good computer latency skills (word, power point, excel)

Job Description

  • Overview of Daily Account Management
  • Update your daily expenses in USD/Kyats and banks.
  • Check the cash on hand every day and Check bank account twice a week.
  • Check stock using invoices and the actual delivery quantity.
  • Every three months, prepare income taxes.
  • Verify the accuracy of payment invoices.
  • Get your monthly payment ready for the Social Security Board.
  • Every month, update the stock sample list.
  • Prepare a statement of monthly expenses.
  • Make a bank transfer to cover monthly marketing expenses.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the headquarters.
  • Arrange monthly payments for manager travel, rewards, and accomplishments.
  • Complete weekly cash and bank transactions.
  • Prepare a monthly head office budget plan.

Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday : Saturday(Alternate),Sunday and public holiday
