Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field with Dip in IFR or equivalent is a must
  • At least 5 years of Finance & accounting experience in manufacturing industry
  • Experience in working and leading in a rapidly changing environment
  • English writing and speaking capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience in interfacing with stakeholders including financial institution and Governmental bodies
  • Experience in ERP accounting software would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently but not limited in dynamic environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Living near Thanlyin, Kyauk Tan area is preferable

Job Descriptions

  • Assist the Head of Finance in overseeing the financial operations of the company and developing financial strategy.
  • Prepare and assist for the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting and financial policies of the company in its day-to-day operation, and to support Head of Finance for timely and accurate reporting of financial statements.
  • Control of accounting functions such as maintaining the general ledger accounts payable, account receivable, raw material consumption, fixed assets register etc.
  • Check payroll calculation submitted by HR department along with PIT calculation
  • Calculate monthly commercial tax in time as regulated by MMIRD
  • Prepare quarterly commercial tax return in time as regulated by MMIRD
  • Manage TT releasement process to overseas vendors
  • Responsible for the FESC application upon needed and updating the status to the management on a weekly basic
  • Manage and undertake quarterly stock taking for all items such as raw materials, spare parts, fixed assets etc.,
  • Assist in both statutory audit process and internal audit process
  • Assist in quarterly report submission in company designated reporting platform
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Head of Finance

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
