Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Netsuite).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and lead internal/external audits.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
  • Assign tasks, review performance, and develop team capabilities.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls.
  • Streamline accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet accounts).
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Provide management with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and management teams.
  • Support business decisions with accurate financial data.
  • Reports to the Finance Director/Controller/CFO.
  • Supervises accountants and finance staff.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM To 4:00 PM

Holiday: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
