Jobs Requirements

  • B. Com (or) Any Graduated with LCCL III (UK).
  • ACCA or CPA are preferred.
  • Over seven years experiences in accounting field and at least five
  • Years in management position.
  • Excellent in computer skill (Advance Excel/Microsoft Word/Power Point).
  • Excellent reporting skill/ Presentation skill.
  • Strong organizational and communicational skills.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Salary can negotiate upon skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Checking the AR update balance and monthly credit aging report.
  • Account Receivable Confirmation with Third party.
  • Control and monitoring all credit balance and checking AP aging repot and assist to FM for Payments request for all payable.
  • Analysis food and beverage cost percentage.
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly Financial Report for Yangon.
  • Monthly Payroll checking for the whole Group.
  • Review monthly reports from all of Operation Report.
  • Prepare monthly POL Summary up to date and current month.
  • Checked monthly combine report for the whole Group.
  • ln regards to sales tax, consumption tax and payroll related taxes, promptly declared and paid on time.”
  • To follow up any tax changes and other legislation.
  • Assist to Finance Manager to prepare the necessary duties by CM, MD assign.
  • Fill up Data for MIC quarterly report, Half Yearly, Yearly Report.
  • Well arrange and checking for remittance process for Pilot salary.
  • Assistant to FM for Carries out any reasonable tasks requested by the Management.
  • Checking Classification prepared by General Cashier.
  • Analysis for all expenses.
  • Checking monthly individual Inter Company current Account before e-mail by General Cashier
  • Checking daily combine cash receipt & payment (Weekly actual cash count and reconcile with weekly receipt and payment).
  • Fill-up quarterly, Half yearly and annual performance report for MIC.
  • Prepare the monthly reconciliation and analysis of the Balance Sheet and Accounts for all unit.
  • Rechecking market list/purchase order & invoice of supplier, hotel side and purchaser.
  • Rechecking float money & budget from all of side.
  • Prepare Monthly Payroll for Office.
  • Prepared monthly combine report for the whole Group.
  • Prepared to sales tax, consumption tax and payroll related taxes, promptly declared and paid on time.
  • Assist to Finance Manager to prepare the necessary duties by CM, MD assigned.
  • Monitoring Account payable process.
  • Reports directly to the concern Group Chief Accountant.
  • Carries out any reasonable tasks requested by the Management.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
