Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
- Minimum of [5 to 7 years) of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Hands-on experience with construction project-based accounting, financial reporting standard, and management.
- Familiarity with construction cost structures, WIP (work-in-progress) accounting, and contract billing.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, SQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Description
- Prepare and oversee full-spectrum accounting for offshore companies, including monthly closing, reconciliation, and reporting in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Sales & Marketing and other organizations in order to complete receivable and payable functions
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory regulations
- Managing and reconciling intercompany transactions and balances to ensure accurate consolidation.
- At lease intermediate level of English is must to deal with foreign external auditors
- Any other duties assigned by management
Working Hour : 8:00 A.M to 5:45 P.M.
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
