Job Requirements
- B. Com or Any graduate with ACCA Part II (ongoing)
- 2 years experienced in accounting field.
- Diploma of International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Certificate of Financial Services (NMC)
- Microsoft Package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Team)
- Software (MYOB, SQL)
Job Descriptions
- Generate sales invoices and apply for the payments.
- Perform sales report, aging report and customer deposit ledger.
- Calculate sales incentives.
- Verify car sales contracts with receipts.
- Check spare parts sales vouchers with selling price and receipts.
- Check weekly sales invoices with selling price and receipts.
- Monitor weekly taxi income with bank transfer.
- Generate sales invoices and customer payment in SQL.
- Record incoming payments (cash/bank), match them to invoices and post transactions to SQL
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, AR aging and customer deposit ledger.
- Monitor aging report, contact Sales for overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Report daily car sales income to Account Viber group and update car sales data to report HOD
- Record other charges like customer income tax, registration fee and HP service charges properly
- Check monthly spare parts sales vouchers serial no. and verify with sales data.
- Filing sales invoices and contracts to the corresponding files.
- Calculate monthly selling expense for car sales, spare parts, and taxi income.
- Check AR/refund amount before owner book delivery to customers.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
