Salary: 600,000/- Kyats
Daily Accounting Operations:
- Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) in accounting software
- Assist in processing vendor invoices and employee expense claims
- Monitor petty cash, prepare vouchers, and ensure proper documentation
- Issue sales invoices and follow up on client payments
Bank & Cash Handling:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Prepare and record bank deposits and withdrawals
- Support cash flow monitoring and forecasting
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)
- Help maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts
- Support year-end closing processes and audits
Project Accounting:
- Track and record project-related expenses
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure correct cost allocation
- Monitor budget vs. actual costs for ongoing projects
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure accurate filing of financial records (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
- Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits
- Support tax filing and regulatory compliance tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
- Occasional overtime during closing periods or audits
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
