Job Requirement
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•Professional certification (LCCI, ACCA part-qualified, CPA) preferred.
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting (healthcare/clinic/hospital field preferred).
•Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting.
•Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar).
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
•Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Descriptions
•Prepare and maintain accurate financial records of the clinic.
•Record daily transactions including income, expenses, and payments.
•Ensure proper bookkeeping and timely data entry into accounting software.
•Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
•Oversee patient billing processes and ensure accuracy of invoices.
•Handle payments to suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
•Reconcile cashier reports with daily income records.
•Manage insurance claims and ensure timely settlement.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
•Provide management with reports on clinic revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
•Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures.
•Support audit processes and provide required documentation
•Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and clinic policies.
•Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audits and inspections.
•Implement internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and mismanagement.
•Coordinate with clinic operation staff, cashier, and management.
•Provide financial guidance to management for decision-making.
•Train junior staff (if any) on basic finance procedures.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
