Job Requirements
- Any graduated (prefer B.com or Accounting diploma or LCCI III)
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounting field.
- LCCI level II (UK passed).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word , Excel and email ( prefer can use V5,V6 software).
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and able to create sound relationship with all customers.
- Able to work independently and efficiently with a keen eyes for details.
Job Descriptions
- To disburse petty Cash.
- To prepare daily cash receipt and payment summary report (Main Cash + Petty cash )
- To do all bank transaction.
- To control Outstanding balance form customers and supplier.
- Cash collect for cash sales and credit paid
- To reconcile daily cash receipt and payment balance.
- To attach file daily payment and receipts.
- Check and calculate staff incentive.
- To control advance staff balance.
- To be responsible for any other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant.
Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
