Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, more preferably in construction or project-based business
- Knowledge of contract billing, project accounting and accounts receivable -Familiar with accounting software (SAP or ERP system)
- Strong attention to details, honesty and integrity
Job Descriptions
- Manage overall process of customer invoices comply with sales contract terms, tax regulations and company policies
- Review and Monitor sales contracts and project agreements
- Reconcile sales revenue, accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments -Maintain and Compliance the proper documents with tax regulations and audit requirements
- Record invoice transactions into the accounting system
- Prepare aging reports and monthly reports on project billing and collections
- Work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors and sales teams to confirm billing details Requirements
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazzette Holiday Days
