Job Description
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers based on sales or contract terms.
- Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts and ensure timely Collections.
- Reconcile payments with bank deposits/ customer payments to respective accounts accurately and resolve any discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payment statuses, and discrepancies.
- Regularly monitor company credit card balances and top up as needed to ensure employees have access to necessary funds for business expenses.
- Prepare and submit fund top-up requests to Management Team.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available on cards to meet operational and emergency needs.
- Track and document all credit card transactions, verifying their accuracy and ensuring they align with company policies.
- Assist in investigating any discrepancies or issues related to transactions.
- Maintain a record of all top-up activities and transaction details.
- Crosschecking Sales Commissions.
- Support other accounting and finance team members.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable and Accounts Payables.
- Assist to Finance Manager for Reporting Framework.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to resolve issues or disputes related to payments or invoices.
- Assist with audits or other requests related to accounts receivable.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or Matriculation Exam Passed
- LCCI level III UK (or) ACCA Part 1
- At least three years experience in the related field.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English, preferable in written
- Proven experience in accounts receivable / Account’s payables or related financial roles
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, ERP systems)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Working Hours: 7:30AM to 3:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sundays & Public holidays.
