Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Certification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
  • Minimum of [5 to 7 years) of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Hands-on experience with construction project-based accounting, financial reporting standard, and management.
  • Familiarity with construction cost structures, WIP (work-in-progress) accounting, and contract billing.
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, SQL, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Working Hours: 8:00 A.M to 5:45 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
