Job Requirements
- Any graduated, Diploma of Accounting or equivalents of qualification
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit control, management and AR
- Able to use advance excel and Microsoft package
- Prefer who able to communicate in English
- Experienced in the manufacturing industry will be advantages.
- Highly developed organizational interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personal.
- Experience in Accounting, Balance Sheet reconciliation, journal entries.
- Prefer who can join immediately
Job Description
- Checking all petty cash expenses voucher and arranging for release payment.
- Maintain petty cash register and checking cash balance on a daily basic.
- Periodically review receivable balance with sales team.
- Help to set, manage, maintain AR credit limit and control credit limit.
- Act as a liaison with the general ledger and corporate with teams to ensure regular timely and accurate closes.
- Drive streamlining process and best practices implementation working with operations and accounting.
- Prepare A/R aging analysis and reporting.
- Checking of receive, prepare, verify sales invoices.
- Assist to team for the FESC application documentation process upon needed and to prepare complex
monthly account reconciliation - Quarterly stock taking for all items such as raw materials, spare parts, fixed assets etc.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by team.
- Ensure adherence to accounting and financial policies of the company in its day-to-day operation, and to support team.
- Prepared weekly cash & bank payment requestion.
- Support monthly, quarterly close processes for certain business units.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 6:00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate) and Sunday, Public Holidays
