Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred). Relevant Qualifications will also be considered!
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Job Descriptions
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other third-party professionals to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance and growth.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data, produce financial reports, and recommend improvements. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
