Job Requirements:
- Accounting Degree, LCCI (1, 2 &3) and ACCA completed.
Job Descriptions:
- Daily cash receipts & payments transaction management
- Invoicing & Receivables checking
- Checking & Control of General Ledgers
- Vendor payable Management
- Operational Payables Management (Daily, Monthly)
- Preparing & Control of Daily Cash Flow Reports
- Monthly reconciliation of Customers’ & vendors’ accounts
- Preparing & Checking of Final Accounts
- Preparing Payrolls
- Budgeting & Cash Flow Forecasting
- Departmental Management & Departmental control of Finance & Account Section
- Monthly Financial Performance Review
- Setting up and control of financial & accounting activities
- Management of all financial statutory matters
- And any other reports & jobs assigned by CFO & Management
KRA (Key Result Area):
- Checking & Management of finance teams’ JDs to be done on time
- Setting up job plans & time frames for the finance team to do all JDs efficiently.
- Preparing & Managing weekly, and monthly reports timely & correctly.
- Setting up internal controls to correct the points made by auditors.
- Considering the best possible ways to reduce the cost of the operations in coordination with the Management team
- Initiating the company to comply the statutory payments & policies before dead lines
- Planning all daily, weekly, and monthly works well and setting up time frames for these works to be done efficiently
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
