Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
  • Relevant certification such as Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert are preferred.
  • Proficient English language skills, verbal and written, Business level English
  • Good skills of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • At least 3 years’ experience in administrative and IT fields.
  • Strong knowledge of networking practices, firewall management and network security
  • Strong in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Job Description

Technical Support:

  • Attending the IT meeting and action as per their guideline and procedures.
  • Assist any IT request for all staff with the vendor and Regional IT team (FFAP)
  • Responding to IT support requests from employees and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Providing technical guidance and assistance to end-users.

System Administration:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software.
  • Monitoring system performance and security.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as backups and updates.

Network Management:

  • Managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting network connections.
  • Implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  • IT Procurement and Inventory Management:
  • Assisting in the procurement of IT hardware and software.
  • Managing IT inventory and asset tracking.
  • Ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements.

IT Documentation and Training:

  • Documenting IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Attend regional training and meetings, follow the instructions and guidance to users on IT best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining IT knowledge resources.

Admin 

  • Receiving and checking travel requests, arranging hotel accommodation & transportation for local and overseas (Flight and Car rental), and documenting in the file ·
  • Manage daily transportation arrangements, check and report monthly car usage (Grab and others) ·
  • Perform office maintenance-related matters ( Air Con Servicing, Pest Control ) as necessary. ·
  • Office Printers, Fingerprint, Business Cards & ID Cards for all staff, copy, print (Color, B & W). · Arrange and purchase/ top up the monthly landline and mobile phone bill for the office and all staff monthly. ·
  • Preparing for newcomers and resign employees and ensure all the related property are well given and received back.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
