• Any Graduate.
• At least 2 years of office work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Advanced excel) and Myanmar and English Typing
• The entry and exit list of office equipment must be recorded.
• Must be a person who works honestly, can cooperate with the organization and is to learn.
• Ability to work under procure
Job Description
• Support the office with administrative activities involving purchasing, maintenance, inventory and other office tasks;
• Provide administrative support including data-entry, recording, keeping stock of office assets supplies;
• Maintain the documentation of the administrative process;
• Have basic knowledge of principles and techniques of administrative management;
• Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory;
• Business trip travel arrangement: air-tickets, bus tickets, car rental , hotels, etc;
• Check & take record of administrative expenses claims;
• Support maintenance work for the office;
• Supervise vehicle control and maintenance, and check vehicle usage;
• Report to Department Manager daily, weekly and monthly;
• Handle duties as company assigned;
• Knowledge of computer IT fault resolution.
• Have a driver’s license and driving experience
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Meal allowance + Transportation allowance will be provided
