Job Descriptions
- Maintaining and updating records, including student attendance, forms, and other information.
- Providing administrative support to staff, such as managing email, responding to inquiries, and forwarding emails to the appropriate staff member.
- Assisting with the organization of events, such as parents’ evenings, by arranging rooms, equipment, and refreshments.
- Reporting issues with the school’s IT systems and maintaining the printer and photocopier.
- Answering phones, filing correspondence, and running errands for international students.
- Managing cash collection, reconciling accounts, and processing VAT returns.
- Assisting with the Banking Process for Finance Manager.
- Assisting with the Government Office, Visa, FRC, Form-C Process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- At Least One Year of working experience in the education industry is more prefer.
- Good Communication Skills and ability to work independently.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well with others.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
