Job Requirements

  • Any graduated.
  • Communication skill with English Language.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role, typically ranging from 1 year.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 2 years experience in related field

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update office supply inventories.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and documents.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and Keep track of registration and renewal dates for each vehicle.
  • Handle the processes for Visa and stay for Foreigners.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by HOC

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided
