Job Description

    • Maintaining and updating records, including student attendance, forms, and other information.
    • Providing administrative support to staff, such as managing email, responding to inquiries, and forwarding emails to the appropriate staff member.
    • Assisting with the organization of events, such as parents’ evenings, by arranging rooms, equipment, and refreshments.
    • Reporting issues with the school’s IT systems and maintaining the printer and photocopier.
    • Answering phones, filing correspondence, and running errands for international students.
    • Managing cash collection, reconciling accounts, and processing VAT returns.
    •  Assisting with the Banking Process for Finance Manager.
    • Assisting with the Government Office, Visa, FRC, Form-C Process.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
