Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or office support roles.
  • Experience in a corporate or service-oriented environment is preferred.

Job Descriptions
Office Administration

Coordinate and support daily office administrative operations.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry items; arrange purchases when required.
Ensure office facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Support meeting arrangements, room bookings, and visitor management.

Coordination & Communication
Act as a point of contact between departments for administrative matters.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Assist in internal communications, notices, and circulars.

Documentation & Records
Prepare, maintain, and organize administrative records, files, and documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
Maintain proper filing systems (hard copy and electronic).

Procurement & Vendor Support
Assist in sourcing quotations and processing purchase requests for office needs.
Track purchase orders, delivery status, and vendor invoices.
Support contract and service agreement administration.

Support to Management & Staff
Provide administrative support to managers and team members as required.
Assist in coordinating company events, staff activities, and trainings.
Support onboarding logistics for new employees (workspace, access, basic supplies).

Compliance & Controls
Ensure administrative processes follow company policies and procedures.
Support audits by providing required administrative documents.

Other Duties
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
