Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the consultant onboarding process (creating profiles, bank account setup, FTW medical arrangements, etc.).
  • Collect required documents and manage general administrative paperwork & files in Bullhorn
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies.
  • Handle consultant insurance administration.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting documents to government offices (e.g., SSB, IRD).

 

Job Requirement

  • Any graduated.
  • At least two years’ experience in the related field.
  • Proficiency in English & Fresher can also apply.

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM.

Holidays: Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays.
