Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Follow up on contract renewals.
- Assist in the planning of hotel bookings for company events and travel.
- Visit banks, labor offices and tax offices for various administrative tasks.
- Handle payroll and daily cash (both USD & MMK).
- Coordinate with bankers and prepare the necessary supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit documents when required.
- Handle full set of account and taxation matters. (Training will be provide if required)
- To assist General Manager.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
- 2 years and above admin cum accountant or accountant experience.
- Fluent in English for written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduation or any other accounting qualification will be a plus.
- Age between 23 ~ 30.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (need to arrive at 8:50)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
