Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Develop and maintain filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Follow up on contract renewals.
  • Assist in the planning of hotel bookings for company events and travel.
  • Visit banks, labor offices and tax offices for various administrative tasks.
  • Handle payroll and daily cash (both USD & MMK).
  • Coordinate with bankers and prepare the necessary supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit documents when required.
  • Handle full set of account and taxation matters. (Training will be provide if required)
  • To assist General Manager.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
  • 2 years and above admin cum accountant or accountant experience.
  • Fluent in English for written and verbal communication skills.
  • Graduation or any other accounting qualification will be a plus.
  • Age between 23 ~ 30.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (need to arrive at 8:50)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: PH bill allowance
