Job Requirements
- Any graduate, Diploma in management.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
Job Descriptions
- Fixed Asset Control.
- Proceeding & Submission with Government office such as Township AD, EPC, RTA and YCDC office.
- Office Document Publication of Signage & Logo.
- Prepare and follow up cash requisition.
- Daily vehicle using assignment, to calculate monthly fuel bonus, ferry allowance, ferry right time & cleaning bonus.
- To proceed vehicle license extension and Insurance license.
- Providing Office & Workplace Safety.
- To Keep and control with ledger by document.
- To Supervise Office renovation and maintenance (Office Asset, Generator, building, aircon, M & E work).
- Logistics for Office requirement.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
