Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, Diploma in Business Management
- Age above 30 to 40 between
- At least 5 years’ experience in administrative field.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
Job Descriptions
- Office, hostel, vehicle (include GPS), generator, electrical and water pump maintenance management and fuel consumption monitoring management.
- Overseeing department budget planning and development
- Manage the business Delegation’s event and arrangement for business itinerary
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Plan and monitor the administrative budget based on Cost & Benefit Analysis
- Performance Management of Admin Staff and own competency
- Purchase and Control inventory of office supplies and monitor usage
- Manage and develop for external affair
- Develop the Admin department data base system.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
