Job Description
• Assist in posting job advertisements on local job portals and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and HR Manager.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other onboarding documents.
• Conduct initial orientation for new hires, explaining company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee files.
• Manage the employee database.
• Collect and verify daily attendance records and leave applications.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Support the implementation of company policies and the Myanmar Labor Law.
• Help with the preparation of documents for social security and other statutory requirements.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, couriers, emails).
• Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, and supplies.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for staff and visitors.
• Coordinate vehicle logistics and, if applicable, driver schedules.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Maintain a systematic filing system for all administrative documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Job Requirement

• Any Bachelor’s degree or Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or similar support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and Myanmar Labor Law is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external parties.
• Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative to resolve issues.
• Must handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborative spirit with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Preference will be given to those who live in Mandalay or who can live in Mandalay.

Working hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
