Job Description
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Revise company policies and culture.
- Organize and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Preparing job descriptions, job posting, contractual terms and conditions of employment.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g., attendance sheet, leaves, absence, sick days).
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
- Develop training and onboarding material.
- Performing administrative tasks.
Job Requirement
- Any Graduated.
- Al least two years work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
- Interested working in travel and tours.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sundays & Public holidays
