Job Description

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Revise company policies and culture.
  • Organize and maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Preparing job descriptions, job posting, contractual terms and conditions of employment.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g., attendance sheet, leaves, absence, sick days).
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
  • Develop training and onboarding material.
  • Performing administrative tasks.

 

Job Requirement

  • Any Graduated.
  • Al least two years work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
  • Interested working in travel and tours.

 

 Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sundays & Public holidays
