Job Descriptions
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Handle HR-related activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, leave management, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards while ensuring adherence to labor laws, HR regulations, and organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through effective sourcing channels.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, labor laws and HR regulations.
- Support management in HR strategy implementation and employee relations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
