Job Descriptions

  • Supervision and implementation of HRM, HRD & Administrative functions implementation
  • To support in preparing monthly HR-related metrics report
  • Responsible for the implementation of Recruitment & Selection, Compensation, Performance Management System, Training & Development process
  • To support and implement monthly payroll
  • Responsible for implementation of company’s rules & regulations and policy amendment
  • Need to supervise and implement all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors
  • To investigate employee relations issues and check hostel cleansing
  • Responsible for regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Supervision and implementation employee’s remuneration, employee wellbeing etc.,
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)
  • Schedule in-house and external events and book meeting rooms as required
  • Arrange daily transportation if required
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders if required
  • Responsible for other related duties assigned by Superior and Management

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • HR Diploma holder with good understanding of Labor Law.
  • Al least 3 years experiences in the related field.
  • Good understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a good team spirit.
  • Able to collaborate with and support team members effectively.
  • Interested in technology and willing to learn and apply new systems.
  • Able to use and set up HR systems effectively.
  • Disciplined, responsible, and able to demonstrate leadership qualities.

 

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Holidays:  Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
