Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably with an HRM Certificate or Diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Admin HR Manager; garment industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation, including employment contracts, employee leave policies, and insurance.
  • Excellent skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate-level English skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

 

Job Descriptions

  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including headcount planning.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits for office staff and labor teams.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs for all departments.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor employee performance, manage KPIs, and coordinate yearly salary reviews.
  • Plan and oversee job training, job allocation, and job rotation programs.
  • Review and update employee Job Descriptions (JDs) and design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Manage fixed assets, inventory, procurement processes, GPS tracking, and maintenance activities.
  • Handle the renewal and updating of company licenses (e.g., Industrial License, YCDC License) as required.
  • Oversee all insurance processes for the organization, including employee and company insurance.
  • Coordinate administrative operations related to government associations when necessary.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control monthly and yearly expenses for the Admin HR Department.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address HR and administrative requirements.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the GM.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Holidays:  Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
